Fisher of Men is not a charter.  It's owner, George Yates, is not licensed by the Coast Guard nor by the PA Fish and Boat Commission. He is not a professional charter and is not as knowledgable as charter boat captains.  He only takes family, friends and acquaintances.  Below are a three charters in Erie, Pa he is familiar with and where you can find more charters

Seawolf Lake Erie Walleye Fishing Charter
One of the best charters I know is Seawolf Charter.  Captain Ron Rusch brings in fish when other boats get skunked.  He uses all sorts of methods of fishing but he has perfected drift fishing.  I highly recommend him.  (website)

Fish Connection Charters is another boat I am very familiar with.  Captain Don Clayton has many years of fishing Ohio and PA waters.  He knows how to put you on the fish.  I have often fished with him and been very successful with his advice.   I highly recommend him.  (website)

The Edward John is a perch fishing charter.  It is what many would call a "party boat" or "head boat" which means it can take up to 40 people at one time.  The Edward John has experienced captains who can usually put you on schools of perch.  I recommend them for catching perch!  (website)

There are many other good charter boat captains ready and able to put you on fish.  They are professionally skilled anglers who make their living helping people have a safe fun day on the water.  They are licensed charter captains by the Coast Guard and the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission.   Go to Erie PA Charter Boat Association's website for a list of charters
